1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, hygiene items) once opened
Gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Digital downloads and software
3. Return Process
Initiating a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at support@livemart.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Live Mart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a Live Mart error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our Customer Service team at support@livemart.com for assistance.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide detailed information and photographs of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
7. Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the item is shipped.
